Shape magazine has a good article on how to take charge of your health while at work. Work sometimes equals “big source of stress” so it is important that you know what triggers to look out for. Some examples:

1. Being always on call

2. Keeping to yourself and not mingling with coworkers

3. Cluttered desk

4. Sick coworkers

5. Not taking breaks from the computer screen
