Fierce PowerGal Susan has been following the Zone diet for the past few weeks. No cheating involved whatsoever because she gets it delivered from a Zone approved vendor. Aha! This is key because there’s nothing in her kitchen that she shouldn’t be eating. Everything that she needs is in the cooler!
The results have been fantastic! Not only her body composition has changed but her fitness has started taking a turn for the better. As a coach I see everything. It’s true, it’s true! As of late Susan has been exhibiting an effortless sprinting pace even when running long distances. Call me crazy but she seems lighter on her feet and more stable in her core and the big hunk-a-weights she uses are starting to seem easy (another trip to Target, yeah!). Even more remarkable is the fact that she reports being less achy than before (sore…well that’s another story).
