3oz roasted chicken cut into cubes or strips
2 TBSP canned black beans
1/3 of a cucumber in slices
1 cup mixed greens
1 medium tomato in slices (sprinkled with sea salt)
1/3 red bell pepper in strips
2 TBSP oil & vinegar or light vinaigrette dressing
Mix all the ingredients and enjoy! These proportions work for a 3 block meal.
